Saviour of the world

The painting depicts Guru Gobind Singh, the Tenth Guru founder of Khalsa Panth as the saviour. The tenth Guru completed the work, of infusing courage, self confidence, truthfulness, & bravery in the people, started by the first Guru Nanak Dev.
For the Guru all the human beings are children of the same Almighty God. People rich or poor, belonging to different castes and creed are equal in the eyes of God. ( ਹਿੰਦੂ ਤੁਰਕ ਕੋਊ ਰਾਫਜੀ ਇਮਾਮ ਸਾਫੀ ਮਾਨਸ ਕੀ ਜਾਤ ਏਕੈ ਪਹਿਚਾਨਬੋ ।।)
He always believed loving human beings is loving God. (ਸਾਚੁ ਕਹੋਂ ਸੁਨ ਲੇਹੁ ਸਭੈ ਜਿਨ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਕੀਓ ਤਿਨ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਪਾਇਓ ।। )
The temple and the Mosque are the same. The Hindu worship and the Muhammadon prayer are the same. People may follow different religions. They may go to mosque or a temple. All religions are paths to same one supreme God. All men are same. The Guru always welcomed all who came to him, making no distinction between high & low, rich and poor, Hindus & Muslims. ( ਦੇਹਰਾ ਮਸੀਤ ਸੋਈ ਪੂਜਾ ਨਿਵਾਜ ਉਈ ਮਾਨਸ ਸਬੈ ਏਕ ਪੈ ਅਨੇਕ ਕੋ ਹੀ ਭਰਮਾਉ ਹੈ।। )
People living in the different places have their own set of beliefs. (ਦੇਵਤਾ ਅਦੇਵ ਜੱਛ ਗੰਧ੍ਰਬ ਤੁਰਕ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਨਿਆਰੇ ਨਿਆਰੇ ਦੇਸਨ ਕੇ ਭੇਸ ਕੋ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਉ ਹੈ ।। ) The artist has shown that people belonging to different religions are the same.
In the painting, Guru Gobind Singh ji has been shown taking the ship towards its destination. People from different cultures, creed or beliefs are riding in the ship but for the Guru they are all children of God. ‘Sarbat the Bhala’ ( ਸਰਬੱਤ ਦਾ ਭਲਾ ) wellness for everybody is written on the sail of the ship.
He is taking the ship to the destinations against all odds. He had to face many difficulties, Mughal forces were after him. Hill chiefs were always there to start the fight with him. The Guru worked for the upliftment and liberation of the downtrodden masses. Thus, annoying the religious leaders of both the Hindus and the Muslims.
For helping his countrymen, he gave everything. He scarified his father, sons, family and friends for the love of his people. He always believed in truth and righteous actions above everything. He vowed to make the sparrow hunt and pluck the falcon, to make one fight a lakh and to make the poor and downtrodden become fearless brave saint soldiers. He succeeded in seemingly impossible task.
He is the true saviour of the human beings. This has been beautifully depicted in the painting. The artist has written Guru’s message in Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali and Urdu.
